ADULT FAN OF LEGO^®NIGHT RECAP

Our latest Adult Fans of LEGO® (AFOL) Night launched builders into a galaxy far, far away as we celebrated everything LEGO^® Star Wars^™.

Held at our LEGO^® Certified Store (LCS) in Suntec City, the evening brought together passionate LEGO fans and Star Wars enthusiasts for a night filled with teamwork, creativity and galactic fun. From lightning-fast building battles to Jedi-level trivia and an epic final diorama showdown, the Force was definitely strong throughout the night.

If you missed out on this stellar event, here’s a quick recap of everything that happened during the evening.

EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW OF LEGO^® STAR WARS^™ LAUNCHES

Before the challenges began, AFOLs were treated to a special preview session featuring some of the latest LEGO^® Star Wars^™ releases, and the excitement in the room was undeniable.

From iconic characters to legendary starfighters, attendees got an up-close look at a stellar lineup of upcoming sets that have now officially landed in stores:

Builders and collectors alike were excited to get an early look at the detailed builds, unique minifigures and display-worthy designs inspired by the Star Wars galaxy.

To make the showcase even more special, we also displayed two classic LEGO^® Star Wars^™ Technic sets that brought longtime fans on a nostalgic journey through the early days of LEGO Star Wars:

LEGO^® Star Wars™ Technic C-3PO (8007) - Year released: 2001
LEGO^® Star Wars™ Technic R2-D2 (8009) - Year released: 2002

Seeing these vintage builds alongside the newest releases was a fantastic reminder of how far the LEGO^® Star Wars^™ theme has evolved over the years, while still continuing to inspire generations of builders across the galaxy.

ROUND 1: SPEED BUILD CHALLENGE

We kicked off the night with a race against time as teams competed to build the LEGO^® Star Wars^™ Mandalorian Fighter (30241).

The moment the countdown began, tables erupted into action. Builders quickly sorted through pieces, snapped bricks into place and worked together to complete the model before their rivals. The room was filled with excitement, determination and plenty of laughs as teams pushed their building skills to hyperspeed.

To make the challenge even more exciting, the winning team walked away with a Large Pick a Brick Cup, giving them a major advantage for the final Diorama Challenge later in the night.

ROUND 2: TRIVIA QUIZ

Next, it was time to test everyone’s knowledge of the Star Wars galaxy with our LEGO^® Star Wars^™ Trivia Quiz.

From obscure LEGO minifigure facts to iconic movie moments, teams faced questions that challenged even the most dedicated Jedi Masters and Sith Lords in the room.

To raise the stakes, teams had to rely on both strategy and Star Wars knowledge to climb the leaderboard.

At the end of the round, the team with the highest score earned a Large Pick a Brick Cup to strengthen their resources for the upcoming Diorama Challenge. The remaining teams each received Small Pick a Brick Cups, ensuring everyone had bricks ready for the final battle ahead.

ROUND 3: DIORAMA CHALLENGE

The final challenge of the night transported builders straight into one of the most iconic moments in Star Wars history — the Death Star Trench Run.

Using only the bricks from their Pick a Brick Cups, teams had 30 minutes to recreate the high-stakes battle scene in their own creative way.

From explosive action sequences and daring X-wing attacks to detailed trench designs and cinematic storytelling, every team brought their own interpretation of the legendary scene to life. Some creations focused on intense battle moments, while others added imaginative twists inspired by the wider Star Wars universe.

The judges had an incredibly difficult task deciding on the winning diorama, with every build showcasing fantastic creativity, teamwork and passion for LEGO building.

PRIZES & GIVEAWAYS GALORE

After an action-packed evening of building and competition, it was finally time for the rewards.

The winning diorama teams walked away with incredible LEGO^® Star Wars^™ prizes. Winners from the first night received the LEGO^® Star Wars^™ Brick-Built Star Wars Logo (75407), while the second night champions took home the LEGO^® Star Wars^™ K-2SO^™ Security Droid (75434).

And of course, no AFOL Night would be complete without exciting take-home goodies for every participant. Each attendee received a goodie bag containing the LEGO^® Star Wars^™ Yoda^™ Keyring (853449), LEGO^® Star Wars^™ Stormtrooper^™ Keyring (853946), plus an LCS Bricks World Voucher — the perfect way to continue the fun long after the event ended.
