LEGO® Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy
While we do acknowledge sometimes customers need to cancel an order, we reserve the right to charge a $10 administration fee if a customer frequently requests cancellations.

We hope that you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our website. If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery/collection. You may exchange the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, unopened and sealed packaging. Gift wrapping, e-certificates and delivery charges are not exchangeable.

How to exchange
The product to be exchanged must be presented with the original invoice or receipt.
You can only exchange products at our stores. Click HERE for store information.
The product you wish to exchange for must be of equal value or greater than the product(s) originally purchased. Any excess will need to be paid for at one of our stores. No refund shall be given if the product to be exchanged for is less than the product originally purchased.

Missing (or Broken) Parts 
We know this can be very frustrating. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts. More often than not the part was lost or mixed up with another part in the build process.
