Already a Member?
If you already are a Member then an online Members account exists - as part of our enhanced security you will need to activate your online Members account. Please do not create a new account as your purchases will not qualify for the Members discount. If you do make a purchase you will be paying the full price and we will assume you are happy to pay us the full price! We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of $10 if we need to refund you your Members discount and reconfigure your account to a Members account! So please follow these steps:
Step 1)Request an activation email
If you can not remember your registered email account then
i)if you subscribed to and received a regular Members Newsletter, your account is registered with this email address ; or
Please note that it will take up to 24 hours to receive an activation email.
Step 2) Activate your account
Check your inbox and click on the link emailed to you to reset your password. Then check your account details are correct and off you go!
TIP: If you update your NRIC details online you can use your NRIC for proof of your Membership when purchasing instore (no need for your old Membership Card to be shown)
