If you already are a Member then an online Members account exists - as part of our enhanced security you will need to activate your online Members account. Please do not create a new account as your purchases will not qualify for the Members discount. If you do make a purchase you will be paying the full price and we will assume you are happy to pay us the full price! We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of $10 if we need to refund you your Members discount and reconfigure your account to a Members account! So please follow these steps:
Step 1)Request an activation email
Request an activation email by clicking here 
, and submit your email that you registered your Membership account with.
If you can not remember your registered email account then
i)if you subscribed to and received a regular Members Newsletter, your account is registered with this email address ; or
ii)use the contact form here to send us your Membership details (Name, Phone number, Membership Number) and we can configure your account and send you an activation email manually.
Please note that it will take up to 1 hour to receive an activation email - if you have not received one then please let us know by using the contact form.
Step 2) Activate your account
Check your inbox and click on the link emailed to you to reset your password. Then check your account details are correct and off you go!
