If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery/collection. You may exchange the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, unopened and sealed packaging. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts.
