No refund shall be given if the product to be exchanged for is less than the product originally purchased.<br /><br /><strong>Missing (or Broken) Parts&nbsp;</strong><br />We know this can be very frustrating. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts.
