You may exchange the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, unopened and sealed packaging. Any excess will need to be paid for at one of our stores. No refund shall be given if the product to be exchanged for is less than the product originally purchased. Missing (or Broken) Parts  We know this can be very frustrating. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts. More often than not the part was lost or mixed up with another part in the build process.
