If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery/collection. You may exchange the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, unopened and sealed packaging. Any excess will need to be paid for at one of our stores. No refund shall be given if the product to be exchanged for is less than the product originally purchased.<br /><br /><strong>Missing (or Broken) Parts&nbsp;</strong><br />We know this can be very frustrating. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts.
