Terms and Conditions for Membership

Membership is valid for THREE (3) years only
Membership is non-transferable.
Valid at Bricks World Retail stores, Bricks World on-line store, concessions and trade shows organised by Bricks World.
Not valid for promotional, special offers, non LEGO products and some selected products.
Members benefits and in-store pick up service do not apply to LEGO Airport Stores (LAS).
Bricks World reserves the right to amend or replace any benefits or conditions without prior notice.
Bricks World reserves the right to cancel an individual’s membership without refund or redemption of outstanding Golden Bricks at any time and includes, but not limited to, Members not accepting Bricks Worlds terms and conditions.

If you purchase membership online it will take effect immediately after payment online and you will be able to enjoy member's discount upon check-out on your next purchase.

If applying in store, membership will take effect immediately. You should expect to receive an "Activation Email" upon applying. If not, please send us an email to our customer service.

Membership Renewal

Your membership will renew automatically when you have made cumulative purchases of more than S$300 during the validity period of your membership.

Our Policy While we do acknowledge sometimes customers need to cancel an order, we reserve the right to charge a $10 administration fee if a customer frequently requests cancellations. We hope that you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our website. If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery/collection. You may exchange the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, unopened and sealed packaging. Gift wrapping, e-certificates and delivery charges are not exchangeable. How to exchange The product to be exchanged must be presented with the original invoice or receipt. You can only exchange products at our stores. See Shops Locator for details. The product you wish to exchange for must be of equal value or greater than the product(s) originally purchased. Any excess will need to be paid for at one of our stores. No refund shall be given if the product to be exchanged for is less than the product originally purchased. Missing (or Broken) Parts  We know this can be very frustrating. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts. More often than not the part was lost or mixed up with another part in the build process. LEGO Singapore has a fast and efficient online missing parts ordering service that is easy to use and posts directly to your home address. It is also free of charge.
